How does the Wellness Warrior Club work?

Our Wellness Warriors will be showcased throughout the year. We acknowledge these outstanding individuals for their commitment and we welcome them to our team! These are patients who have made the biggest commitment to their health.  They have integrated health and wellness in to their daily lifestyle. There are many benefits to being a Wellness Warrior including special giveaways.  The most important one of course is having a helping hand in helping your friends and loved ones become healthy and stay prescription drug free.  There is something to say about being altruistic.  It is amazing how selflessly helping other people almost instantaneously makes you “better” with regard to health and happiness.  To become a member of the ACT Wellness Warrior Club…

  1. Stay on track by keeping your appointments and make the best healthcare choices you can make.

  2. Introduce a minimum of 5 new referrals to our office.  After the new referral's first appointment, you qualify.

  3. Create a video testimonial.

  4. And/Or… You have been a patient in good standing for more than 2 years.

  • You and a guest are invited to our Annual Wellness Warrior Dinner!  It is our way to say thank you for being a vital part of our team.
  • 10 % discount on supplements in the office. 

Things to Know

  • Important: If we don’t have a valid email address for you…. you won’t get the email telling you about the current giveaway, so please verify your email address.
  • We will also post on Face book, Twitter & LinkedIn about our current Wellness Warrior Club giveaway.  Become our fan!
  • If you are interested in the giveaway you simply reply to the email we send you.
  • When we confirm the winner, we will post it on our website’s Wellness Warrior page, our Blog and notify the winner via email and, just in case, a phone call.

  • What about the $10 Gift Cards?  – As we have been doing for years…. You will still get a $10 gift card for each person you refer to our office.  Patients love the gift cards!  We couldn’t stop that!  We are just adding to the fun with the Wellness Warrior Club.
